Wetsuit warmth can also be affected by wind, session duration, depth, movement, individual cold tolerance and local conditions. For scuba diving and very cold conditions, use the recommendation as a starting point and consider your dive profile and local professional guidance.

Use a soft tape measure, keep it snug but not tight, and ask someone to help you for the most accurate result.
Stand barefoot against a wall and measure from the floor to the top of your head.
Weigh yourself in light clothing, without shoes.
Measure around the fullest part of your chest (or bust), under your armpits, with the tape level.
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button.
Booties and gloves should fit snug. If you are between sizes, email us before you order. You can add them when you configure your wetsuit.
Sized by US men's shoe size. Women: subtract 1.5 from your US women's shoe size.
