Shipping policy

Most Ocean Tailored wetsuits are custom-made or made to order.

Production time: approximately 3–4 weeks after your order and specifications are confirmed.

Delivery time: approximately 1–2 weeks after production, depending on your destination. Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary.

International shipping is included in the advertised retail price of our wetsuits for supported destinations. Where DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping is available, applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid. For destinations where DDP is not available, customers may be responsible for local duties, taxes or import charges.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
