The Hydro Guard Impact Spring Suit is designed for demanding warm-water sports, including kitesurfing, kiteboarding, windsurfing, wing foiling, foiling, big wave surfing and other high-energy water activities.

Its full-length sleeves and above-knee cut provide extensive upper-body and thigh impact coverage while keeping the lower legs completely free.

Because the impact layout is customizable, the suit can be configured differently depending on your sport, conditions and preferred level of coverage.

Yes. The 3D Wetsuit Builder allows you to customize individual impact zones across available areas including the chest, ribs, shoulders, arms, upper and lower back, hips and thighs.

Yes. Individual EVA inserts are designed to be removable and replaceable.

This allows you to remove selected inserts when you want less impact coverage and replace individual panels later without replacing the complete wetsuit.

The majority of impact zones use 25mm EVA foam, with 12mm EVA used selectively where a lower-profile construction is more appropriate.

Yes. Closed cell EVA foam naturally adds buoyant volume to the wetsuit, so Hydro Guard provides additional buoyancy compared with a conventional wetsuit without the impact system.

The amount varies according to the number, thickness and position of the EVA panels in your chosen configuration.

Hydro Guard is not a certified personal flotation device (PFD), life jacket or buoyancy aid and should never replace appropriate certified safety equipment.

The 3D Wetsuit Builder is for customers who want greater control. It allows you to choose individual impact zones, compare different panel configurations, customize colours and add additional performance and personalization options.

For the best 3D experience, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer, although the Builder also works on mobile devices.

Choose a standard size if your measurements correspond well with our size chart.

Choose Custom Fit if you want the wetsuit patterned around your individual body measurements. For Custom Fit orders, we use manual measurements together with 3D body measurement data, which our team reviews before production.

Yes. The Hydro Guard Impact Spring Suit can be ordered hooded or hoodless, allowing you to choose the configuration that best suits your water temperature, conditions and personal preference.
